Yacon powder
The yacon flour is produced entirely in our modern processing plant, located in the vicinity of the cultivated fields. The flour is obtained from the dehydration and subsequent milling of the yacon roots. During dehydration, the temperature is carefully controlled to avoid degradation of the active ingredients. For this reason we can guarantee that the flour contains more than 30% fructooligosaccharides.
