Social responsibility
Our company has positioned itself in the production of functional foods from Andean biodiversity to improve people's nutrition, health and quality of life. In close collaboration with our main strategic partner, made up of peasant families from several rural communities in the highlands of Huanuco, we are getting closer to fulfilling our dream: a healthier and fairer world for all.

Andean Roots was established on June 19, 2007 on the Canchacalla farm, located in the district and province of Ambo, department of Huánuco. The farm covers 1085 ha, of which 35 ha are used for yacon, 20 ha for aguaymanto and 365 ha for yellow potato.
However, we have the experience and capacity to also produce quinoa, purple corn and other products. The farm has access roads, more than 20 km of irrigation canals and more than 200 hectares with irrigation infrastructure.
