Yacon syrup 250g
The yacon syrup is produced entirely in our modern processing plant, located in the immediate vicinity of the cultivated fields. The syrup is obtained by concentrating seven times the juice extracted from the yacon roots. We use special equipment that evaporates the water from the juice at a low temperature, which allows us to maintain the yacon's properties intact. The result is an excellent quality product with a fructooligosaccharide (FOS) content of more than 30%.
